pTools 0.4.8 released!

Version 0.4.8 of pTools has been released. The last stable source is available to download pTools-0.4.8.tar.gz.

Overview

The general purpose of this library is to have some useful and handy tools to develop quick and easy robust C++ code. The main focus of the library is to implement general development features which are available under Unix, Linux and Windows.
The library covers the following features:

logger framework
memory management
easy to use threading framework (similar the java API)
simple parsing framework
simple test case framework
implementation of primitives as objects
general refrence counting solution
smart pointer implementation
etc.

Licence

The pTools library is distributed under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). The main idea was to use this library in commercial and non commercial projects.
